How I Work

Initial Consultation

During this in person/phone/video discussion, we'll get to know each other better, discuss your vision, and specific photography needs.

View Booking Guide

Based on the conversation we have, I will recommended the photography package that best aligns with your event details.

Booking and Contract

We can now proceed with booking, yay! To secure your date and time, a signed contract and deposit will be required.

Questionnaire & Timeline

If you are booking a wedding photoshoot, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire and be provided a projected wedding day timeline.

Get Married!

Today is the big day! Relax, enjoy, and soak up the magic of your special day while I do the rest!

Post-Production

While I am hard at work bringing your photos to their full potential, you can get excited with the sneak peak photos within 72 hours!

Photo Delivery and Beyond

Within 8 weeks, I will provide you with the final photo gallery and your prints. I value the relationships I build with my clients, and I am always available for any future photography needs you may have!

 FAQs

  • I would hate for you to cancel, but I understand that life happens! Your retainer fee reserves your date in my calendar, after which I turn down all other work. For this reason, your retainer is non-refundable. In all of my years of shooting, I have never once missed an event. I have many systems in place that would ensure that if something terrible were to happen to me, a photographer of equal skill-level would be contacted immediately to take my place. I have a large network of photographers all over the province. If something were to happen to me with notice, I would give you the option of booking a photographer in my network or a full refund.

  • I don’t actually believe there is anyone on this planet who photographs poorly. Half the battle of being comfortable in front of a camera is being comfortable with your photographer. I am goofy and talkative and love to make people laugh! And I am always happy to grab a coffee or have a video chat prior to your photoshoot so we can get to know each other better!

  • All of my cameras, flashes and lenses have back-ups in the rare event that anything should happen to my equipment. The shoot day will go on, and you’ll never know that anything happened (until I tell you the funny story over drinks after you get your photos), because your day will still be beautifully documented.

  • While you're planning your wedding, I'm sure that you're probably overwhelmed with options! There are so many decisions to make that it's easy to fall into decision fatigue. If you're looking for classic, timeless imagery that showcases you and your partner looking your absolute best against the gorgeous backdrop of Toronto's historic buildings, along with some great candid portraits of your family making memories at your wedding, then I'm your girl!

    If you're still unsure, send me a message with what you're looking for - if I'm not it, I'm happy to recommend some pals who might be a better fit.

  • Not at all! You may order prints through wherever you would like. Please keep in mind. the difference in quality is huge between professional labs and consumer labs, so I encourage clients to let me help with prints!
