    Please note that extra hours can be booked at any time prior to the events, or can be extended spontaneously on the shoot day without any issue.

    Studio Sessions:

    If you need extra hours during your studio session, please let me know ASAP so the studio booking can be updated accordingly. Studio session extension is entirely dependant on the availability of the studio.

  • Your pets are part of the family! Pets are MORE than welcome in your portrait sessions, just please give me a heads up if you intend on bringing pets, so I can plan accordingly.

  • As a general rule of thumb, think clean, simple, and on-brand. Neutrals, solid colours, and clothes without big logos are always a win.

    However, your portrait photos should represent YOU! If maximalist, colourful, and bright are your vibe, then that sounds great to me!

    You’re always welcome to bring a couple of options, and I can help you decide what to wear before we shoot.

  • Absolutely, I will guide you every step of the way! I believe in the power of movement. You are not a mannequin, and I don’t shoot like you are. I provide simple direction so you look natural, confident and exactly like your magic self.

  • Ideally 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time - especially during busy seasons like holidays and summer! For studio sessions, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can check studio availability.

    But feel free to reach out and inquire either way, sometimes last minute spots are available!

  • Outdoor sessions have a more candid feel with natural sunlight and a bigger location to work with. Studio sessions offer more control over lighting and styling, with staged studio rooms tailored to different moods. Choosing the right setting really depends on the aesthetic you love most — and I’m happy to help you choose! We can chat further about it in our consultation, and decide together.

  • Rain photos can be super romantic, and I am happy to bring a clear umbrella to the session! However, if rainy photos are not your vibe, don’t worry! I always keep a rain date available for outdoor sessions. If the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll reschedule to the next available date that works for us. Your comfort and the final results are what matter most.

  • The ideal time for maternity portraits is between 30–34 weeks of pregnancy — when your bump is beautifully round, but you’re still comfortable moving and posing.

  • Absolutely! Your maternity photos are about celebrating your growing family. Partners, children and pets are always welcome to be a part of the session. I’ll make sure to capture solo portraits of you, as well as family moments.
